 The "City of Lucca Art and Tourism" hoteliers' and restaurateurs' association was conceived as part of Confcommercio to unite efforts, ideas and energy of all the tourist activities and reception of the city. Its purpose is the promote Lucca from all aspects: cultural, artistic, sportive, and environmental, as well as to export abroad the passion and flavours of our Tuscan cuisine, especially the cuisine of Lucca.
This is the commitment that our associates undertake each day with their own and the association's vehicles. Presence at the most important international trade fairs is a constant in our association, and the care and punctuality with which they update and propose the events and organized in the city through this portal demonstrate how strongly we feel about tourist promotion in Lucca around the world. But we aren't only interested in Lucca as "seen from the outside" but also on the city territory. The "City of Lucca" association attempts to leave its mark, prepare the terrain for all those who decide to visit our city.
Our objective is to be the host who greets the tourist arriving in Lucca. We want to welcome the guest with courtesy and respect, warmth, attention and consideration. The hoteliers and restaurateurs of the association are prepared to provide the necessary information to the tourist all the visitor services offered. They have maps of the city and informational brochures, distributed free of charge to whoever needs them, and are amply prepared to recommend typical menus and unusual choices, but always of excellent quality.
